New for 2023 we have teamed up with Ellis Brigham in Aviemore to bring you a selection of evening workshops to help you to get more from your running!
These workshops are suitable for any level of runner, regardless of fitness and experience.
This active session will include all the tips and techniques needed to find grip on loose surfaces, give us control on fast descents and fly over rocky terrain safely.
We will start with building a strong foundation of balanced movement that we can then apply to different situations and conditions. Giving simple techniques and tactics to help make descents smoother and crucially, more fun!
Using poles can take up to 20% of the effort away from our legs, but only if we are using them correctly. We will get to grips with them at a walking pace, then build this into our running.
With demonstration poles from Leki, you can come and try before you buy.
This active session will include all the tips and techniques needed to find flow, efficiency and speed in our running.
We will start with building a strong foundation of mobility, before putting together the building blocks of efficient movement that will help us find effortless flow on the trails.
During this active workshop we will look at why and how to incorporate simple strength and conditioning routines into your training to benefit from injury prevention, increased performance and quicker recovery.
